It means One hundred thousand welcomes. A traditional greeting and and a good way to start.
So sit back or feel free to particpate in my view of the times in which we live. Some generations build new civilizations. Others enjoy the Golden Ages of their societies. Others are (cursed?) to live through the transition from one to the next. One hundred thousand welcomes to the transition.
